Volubilis and Meknes

Located some 15 miles from Meknes, lies Volubilis, the famed roman archeological site and former capital of the Mauritanian kingdom: roman ruins among which the walls, the baths, the forum, the Caracalla Triumphal Arc etc...
Then we proceed to the visit of Meknes, an imperial city which has been the capital of Morocco under Sultan Moulay Ismail.
Among the monuments well worth a visit: the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the Royal Stables and the impressive Bab El Mansour.
